Pro plan includes everything in basic on bi-weekly schedule plus

  • Wash, dry & fold up to two (2) regular loads of laudry
  • 1 additional bag of trash per visit
  • Two scented plug-ins (oil changed every 30 days)
  • Load & start one (1) load of dishes in dishwasher or clean 1 (sink) of dirty dishes

Weekly (Pro)

Suitable for homeowners needing a regular internal deep weekly touchup.

Starting at $438/month

Pro includes everything in advanced on a Weekly Basis

What payment methods do you accept?

Re-occuring clients are set up on automatic billing for the same day each month using electronic check, Credit or debit card. 

 

Do you require contracts?

We offer month-to-month as well as 1-year commitments based on your needs

How do I know I can trust the cleaner assigned to my home?

All of our residential cleaners go through a thorough background screening to ensure the safety for our clients and their property. We take your safety as well as the safety of your property very serious.

What happens if I move?

We offer services in many different areas and can transfer your services within a 30-mile radius of your old residence. Should your relocation exceed 30-miles please contact our customer care team to verify coverage for your new region. 

Please note, there may be an increase in rates depending on the size and area of your new home.

Can I request an extension on my next billing?

Yes, we understand that life happens and we allow you to request a billing extension up two (2) times per Calander year. You may extend your payment up to 7 days during this extension. To request this extension, please call 865-415-3923

What happens if my payment is late or returned?

In the event that your payment is returned, we charge a fee of $9 per transaction retuned. 

We allow a grace period of two (2) days on any late payments. Any payments that are past due more than two days will incur a late fee in the amount of $15
